Any dispute or claim arising in connection with these terms, the use of Dinexos services, or any transaction made through the website, shall be submitted exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

User agrees that any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms must be brought within this jurisdiction and waives any objection based on jurisdiction or venue..

In the event of a dispute arising under these Terms and Conditions or the use of Dinexos services, the parties will first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through good faith negotiations.

If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Argentine Chamber of Commerce (CEMARC) or a similar entity, in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. Each party shall bear its own costs and legal fees.

The arbitrator's decisions shall be final and binding and may be entered into any court of competent jurisdiction for enforcement. Class actions and jury trials are not permitted in this dispute resolution process.

Clause (14). Service Interruptions

Dinexos reserves the right to temporarily interrupt access to its services to carry out maintenance, improvements or for emergency reasons. These interruptions may occur without prior notice, although every effort will be made to inform Users in advance when feasible.

Dinexos will not be liable for any loss or damage that may result from such interruptions, including, but not limited to, loss of data or interruptions in the User's business activity.
